Our Vice Chairperson, Ms. Panchami Manoo Ukil recieved the FEMINA ACHIEVERS – ODISHA 2025 Award for her commendable work in the fields of Art, Nature, Knowledge and Education at the inaugural edition of Femina Achievers – Odisha 2025 Awards, held at ITC Welcome Hotel, Bhubaneswar on 26th July 2025. The award recognizes her dedication, impact, and continued excellence in the Art, Nature, Knowledge and Education domains, that have truly set a benchmark and inspired many in the region.

As the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 marks its fifth anniversary, celebrated for its inclusive vision and transformative goals, it’s pertinent to acknowledge the quiet revolution that predated its formal rollout. Two years before the NEP 2020 sought to reshape Indian education, Bhubaneswar became the crucible for an educational experiment that was both bold and prescient.
At its heart was Panchami Manoo Ukil, Vice-Chairperson of The DN Wisdom Tree Global School, whose unwavering conviction laid the groundwork for a unique pedagogical approach, an approach that aligned perfectly with the progressive ideals of the NEP, but was executed earlier.
It is our immense pride and joy that our Vice Chairperson, Ms. Panchami Manoo Ukil, has been honoured with the Women Achievers Award by Rotary District 3262 on Sunday, 1st June 2025, in the field of Education and Holistic Learning, in recognition of her visionary leadership and pioneering contributions as the Vice Chairperson of The DN Wisdom Tree Global School, Bhubaneswar. Her commitment to nurturing young minds through a value-based, inclusive, and future-ready education model has set new standards in the academic landscape of Odisha and beyond.
Panchami Ma’am was felicitated by the Chief Guest of this unique event, Hon’ble Smt. Maneka Gandhi, and received the Women Achievers Award from her, in a special felicitation ceremony to honour and celebrate extraordinary women who have made exemplary contributions across diverse fields and continue to serve as beacons of inspiration in society, in the presence of distinguished guests, Rotarians, community leaders, and members of the public.
Our Vice Chairperson was honoured for her philosophy of integrating academic excellence with emotional intelligence, creativity, and social responsibility, that is helping to shape a generation of confident, compassionate, and capable learners. Through her initiatives, innovative programs, and thought leadership, she has reaffirmed the transformative power of education in building a more mindful and empowered society.

Our Vice Chairperson, Panchami Manoo Ukil is the recipient of the prestigious Sanctuary Wildlife Service Award 2022, recognizing her contribution to environmental conservation, promoting care for nature among civil society and documentation of our natural heritage.
