Jagadish Prasad Naik is an entrepreneur who has been in the business of infrastructure development and construction for the last twenty years. His firm, DN Homes, is an established market leader in this field in Odisha, with many mega projects like DN OxyPark to its credit. An astute visionary, who believes in integrating latest technologies and best practices in all his projects, Shri Naik, being the son of a teacher, holds education very close to his heart. Executive Trustee Panchami Manoo Ukil is a school leader with a difference. Multifaceted, spirited, dynamic, Panchami Manoo Ukil has an infectious positivity that permeates to everyone around her. Passionate about children, she infuses the curriculum with her own brand of original ideas, be it a celebration of our culture and roots, bonding with nature, or, simply, engaging with the little ones with a heart overflowing with love. Idol and inspiration for many who have known her, she charms everyone with her own brand of wisdom, warmth, affection and concern.
A gold medallist in Economics, Panchami Manoo Ukil has walked the road less travelled. She is a renowned birdwatcher and conservationist who initiated the concept of community birdwatching in Odisha. Due to her pioneering efforts through The Bhubaneswar Bird Walks (TBBW), bird awareness and documentation in Odisha saw a quantum leap since 2013, with birdwatching being adopted as a hobby by many enthusiasts, young and old. She writes regularly for wildlife magazines and journals like Sanctuary Asia and Indian Birds and is the only woman from Odisha to be featured in Sanctuary Asia’s special issue titled “Women for our Wilds”. She was featured in Discovery Travel and Living’s programme on Mangalajodi.
As Chairperson of Ila Panda Centre for Arts (IPCA), she works towards providing a platform for needy and deserving artists of Odisha, through scholarships and residency programmes. She has republished her grandmother, Sahitya Akademi awardee Nirmala Devi’s poetry into English. She has participated in many literary festivals as a panelist as well as a moderator. She is an avid supporter of handlooms and the cause of weavers, so much so, that she has put in place a handloom dress code in the school. With a keen sense of aesthetics, she is always consulted for her unique design ideas. She is now working on a book on the birds of Odisha, as well as, a book on the festivals of Odisha, in order to enable the next generation of odias to understand their rich culture and tradition.
Panchami Manoo Ukil believes that every thought must be creative and every action should be purposeful. She tries to integrate this philosophy into the smallest of everyday activities, thereby lending a touch of uniqueness to the character of the institution. Schooled in one of the premier educational institutions of the country, Maharani Gayatri Devi School, Jaipur, she constantly attempts to infuse the TWIGS system with the ethos of MGD, while incorporating the dynamics of the modern education system. To her, a holistic education system is one that harmoniously blends the tradition with the modern so that future global citizens are a perfect amalgamation of empathy and excellence. From the name of the school, motto, vision and authoring the school anthem, to creating the school website, her stamp of uniqueness is evident as is her style of leadership that believes in enabling and empowering.

A contagious smile, a motherly tenderness and genuineness, Suneeta Mohanty has followed her dream and passion of working with children. She is a PG Diploma in Teaching from Amity Centre for Educational Research and Training and has been trained and certified in various innovative methods of teaching and enhanced study in dealing with children.
Her years of experience in early childhood education brings new insights and alternative ways into the teaching-learning process, thereby stimulating the joy of experiential learning and nurturing the natural instincts of the little ones to grow up into responsible individuals. She is a hands-on professional and believes in team cohesiveness. A Masters in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations, she has worked in various corporate houses across India.
With more than 10 years of working experience in the education industry, Swagatika Dash has in-depth knowledge in project and office management. She is proficient in the technical vocabulary of this sector and possesses fine advocacy skills with intensive knowledge on various counselling models. She is well-versed in affiliation and accreditation processes as well as quality assessment and coordination.
